  BERWICK SUZUKI **HORRIBLE** - CAR TEST DRIVE MOVIE TICKET SCAM - WORST SUZUKI DEALER
  
  I purchased Suzuki Swift from Berwick Suzuki 4-5 years back and from that point onwards I am in their VIP mailing list.
  I got this invitation from Berwick Suzuki in December, 2016 inviting me to test drive the new Suzuki Ignis. As part of the test drive they offered 2 movie tickets if I test drive the Ignis.
  On a saturday as specified in the email I went and did the test drive, the car was a crappy car felt like I am going backwards with this model. When I came back after the test drive I asked about the movie tickets, to which the rep said it will be sent out to me, I told him I have moved homes and gave him my updated address. The person said "No worries, I will receive it in the mail in the next couple of weeks". When COUPLE OF MONTHS PASSED, I gave them a call and asked whats happening with the tickets, then I got hold of their sales manager and he responded back saying he will look into this matter and I will be receiving them, I told him no more dramas with them saying they sent it blah blah blah rather keep it in their office and I will come and pick them up to which he said perfectly fine.
  After 4 weeks when I didn't get any email/calls I tried calling this guy and he then doesn't pick up the calls, sent sms and no response back. I went to their office again as now it's not about the 2 tickets anymore for me it's cheating and WORST TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE which they have provided. The way they treated me is horrible, they were as if they don't care. One person comes up saying he is the sales manager and then he says the previous sales manager left couple of days back and this time this guy will make sure I get those tickets, these are the words he used "it's just a matter of someone going and getting those tickets", I told him I dont want this blah blah and just get and keep it in the office and inform and I will pick them up. To which he said that's fine.
  Now it's 3 weeks from that point and no calls no email no tickets.
  If this is how they behave to existing customers how will someone go back to this dealer again ????
  
  Such horrible service, beware if for small things they behave like this think about the bigger issues which may happen once you have bought a car from these guys or serviced your car. I find bunch of lies and scams whenever I talk to them.
  
  I want others to be beware of these guys when it comes to trusting their word and service.... HORRIBLE HORRIBLE...
