  I had been waiting a very long time for a hip replacement. My Rheumatoid Specialist referred me to Mr R Hau. After seeing my X-rays another appointment was made for an operation after a short wait (Covid). The operation date came soon enough, Mr Hau’s secretary kept me informed about everything l may have to do.
  I saw Mr Hau just before the operation and he was very reassuring.
  He visited me twice in hospital and was pleased with my recovery rate, so off l returned to my home. I can truly say that l have had minimal pain, hardly and bruising or swelling, l do attribute this to Mr Hau’s expertise. I hold him in the highest esteem and will always be grateful that our paths crossed.

  I had an appointment at 9.40 and was received at 10.15 - with no apologies!
  
  Next time you all book an appointment, be sure to be late by not less than 35 minutes.
  
  After all that, just to get an MRI referral, I don’t think it is worth to visit a specialist and pay $200

  Associate Professor Dr Raphael Hau is the most Proficient Orthopaedic Surgeon that has exemplary skills in Orthopaedic procedures.
  From initial consultation to having a total knee replacement done , Dr Hau was extremely caring throughout my journey

  I recently had my left knee replaced by Mr Hau.
  From the start Mr Hau was focused on my health and well being.
  From the beginning to the end Mr Hau explained the process to having my knee replaced.
  The first 2 weeks after surgery is the toughest...
  At mid week 3 after surgery I am now on one crutch and moving around quite freely.
  I have home physiotherapist coming once a week.
  Regular exercises and moving about is a must to a speedy recovery.

  I would like to share my experience with Mr. Raphael Hau. Mr. Hau is an excellent surgeon in every aspect, from initial appointment to my surgery and after surgery. His bedside manner is of a caring nature and easy to talk to. My surgery was a breeze I had a Total Knee Replacement and on wakening I had no pain and continue to have no pain. Mr. Hau has different methods to other surgeons and this makes him top of his profession. I have no hesitation at all in recommending him for your surgery, You will be getting the best!!!!

  I unfortunately had this person operate on my knee
  From the time I got out of anaesthetic I felt something was wrong
  
  My worst fears have now been confirmed by another surgeon that this chap had no idea
  Miss aligned cuts of my knee now require a 8 hour operation to hopefully get my knee in to a reasonable condition
  Thanks to this bloke I have been in constant pain and unable to do anything
  
  This man has destroyed my way of life and it is constant battle just to get through the day
  
  Went back to see him on 5 separate occasions and left more confused and in the dark than ever
  
  Steer well clear of this fella

  Mr. Raphael Hau is a most excellent Surgeon! He has performed two operations on me and both outcomes were fantastic. He is personable and makes you feel you are the only patient he has got. If you have the pleasure of being his patient, the care and brilliant surgery will be the best there is!
