I apologize on behalf of the entitled customers who come in and complain about things that are entirely their fault (i.e., they forgot to order something, or they collected their orders 2 hours after they placed it and complained about it being cold). Tonight I witnessed the rudest and more ignorant customer come in and argue about something similar... I couldnt believe what I was hearing. So sorry on behalf of them, and to the friendly staff, keep up the good work. I have been a loyal customer for 2 years and I still believe Snappers makes the best fish and chips in the area.
