  It has taken 3 months and we are still waiting on the refund for a screen door that was never actually installed. They did not bother to check if the door was installed before paying the invoice and we did not find out until the tenant moved out 2 years later. I have been asking for our money back since early May and they keep 'investigating'. I have asked 3 different staff members on multiple occasions to have the director call me, and I emailed him directly, but still no call. They have now for the last month completely ignored all my contact. They also told us our property was clean after the tenant moved out, but it was filthy and damaged. Because of their delays with dealing with this we were unable to claim anything back from the bond, and we were left out of pocket by thousands of dollars - NEVER TRUST YOUR ASSETS TO THIS AGENT!! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!
