  Have been coming here since it opened, Dr Ahkter is lovely but after today I don’t think I’ll be going back. Thought I had an appointment booked through Health Engine. Was told by receptionist that there was no appointment booked. I asked if anyone could fit me in. She said no as they were very busy and the doctor on duty was fully booked. As I was the only one there, I ask if I could wait in case his next patient was running late. She checked with the doctor and he said he would not see any extra patients. I pointed out that there was no one with him and no one waiting so why couldn’t he see me. She just said sorry.

  It’s the first time a GP said she has no time for a patient anymore for today’s session, but I have only been seen for a few minutes, let alone I have been waiting for 30 minutes. Her attitude was rude and did not care about the patient’s request - I couldn’t even finish my conversation with her. I hope Dr. Shasheen could care more about patients instead of pushing them out of the door like a production line. Wont go back to see this doctor anymore. The receptionist and Dr. Linda have been very helpful and lovely!

  Waiting over two hours for a phone appointment. I understand that the clinic can get busy, I've called up twice already to ask whether the doctor will call my line. Why bother even making a booking if you're going to be ignored anyway.

  The place was very busy. However I was very pleased with the service provided by Dr Islam. He went out of his way to call the specialist himself and book an earlier appointment than what I’d managed to get.

  My wife and newborn attend Dr Shaheen akhter today. My baby have illness from couple of days. Dr Shaheen akhter didn’t bother to see him properly and attend us with rude, arrogant behavior and she is very unprofessional.i don’t recommend anyone to go there and see her. Very very very worst experience.

  If you like to sit for at least 30min after a booked appointment this is the place for. You sit on the beautiful lounge chair wondering how they can be running behind schedule even though you have the first appointment in the morning. So come on down and waste you time :)

  A great family clinic, my family actually followed Dr Aktah from another local clinic. Always very caring and very thorough, it took 6 months to work out a recent issue I have (something that is difficult to diagnose) but she never gave up and kept at it until she found the cause.
