  I put my woolen underlay in to get dry cleaned and picked it up a week later paid $40. When I put it in the car I cold smell a very strong chemical smell but it was in there plastic bag so I didn't think it was anything to worry about and went shopping. when we returned to the car it was filled with a horrid smell of chemicals. We all put out windows down and raced home to try and air it out. 4 days later it still smelt very chemical like. So I called them to tell them I wasn't happy. They said sorry we had a new person on and if they had put it in the plastic bag before it had aired it will hold the smell and that if i brought it in they would fix it. I went in and the lady said all she could do was air it out and that's what its meant to smell like its been dry cleaned. she couldn't smell the chemical smell but I could. I took my underlay and the other quit I had left there and left the shop shaking in anger at there lack of customer service. what ever happen to the customer is always right! Never going there again. there is another dry cleaner on Wheeler Street in Berwick. I suggest you all go there.

  Have given them three attempts now. The clothes go in cleaner than they come out. Make up on the White shirts. I get them cleaner at home. When I picked up my clothes. The school jumper was filthy. She said it wouldn't come out. I said it hadn't been washed. It was flour from cooking at school and it always comes out. Funny it came out the second time they washed. I'm washing my hands of them.
