They communicated with me on the morning and we’re able to come earlier than originally organised. My carpets were starting to smell after having a puppy. They were able to move all of my furniture and also detect the areas that urine was present. The process was very quick and both were very professional and lovely to speak with. Highly recommend for pet owners or renters needing a final steam clean. Highly recommend and will be arranging them to come back within 6 months!

The original job was reasonably small and Michael suggested they clean a couple of other rugs in the house to get my money's worth (this alone was much appreciated). They were quick but very thorough. Thanks for your knowledge, friendliness and fantastic customer service. Would highly recommend.
