The teachers are very knowledgeable and make an effort to greet you and remember your name which I think is lovely. I leave every class feeling so calm and relaxed. If you struggle with anxiety I highly recommend to try yoga here! The studio always smells so nice and is decorated beautifully. The timetable offers a variety of classes with lots of times which is very useful for a busy schedule!

I've loved attending Prenatal classes during pregnancy and now Mums & Bubs. Warm and friendly people, beautiful studio, always leave feeling calm and relaxed!

The teachers are all amazing and take very good care of us pregnant ladies. Lots of breathing techniques, gentle stretches and meditation. I walk away feeling so much lighter and confident in my mind and body's capabilities. Highly recommended!!
