    Great people. They came to treat me in hospital and were so professional and delightful. The podiatrist, Merissa, was very friendly and put me at ease. There was no hassle in organising her visit to the hospital. Thank you to Langmore Podiatry.

    Marissa has seen my toddler and baby. She was very friendly and caring. She was great with the kids. I would highly recommend her.

    Customer service is horrendous. I took my 88 year old mother in for an appointment that had been scheduled 6 months in advance. I had received a text confirmation the previous day. She has dementia and mobility issues and is in a High Care Wing at a Nursing Home. I arrived to be told by a man on reception that I had rung (or my mum had rung) to cancel the appointment that morning and that they had replaced her with someone from the waiting list. No amount of advice from me could convince them they were at fault or offer an apology. I was told that she'd been rescheduled for 3 weeks time over the phone. I then had to explain that I didn't cancel, they mistakenly rescheduled someone else and I wasn't about to bring her down again when another person had been scheduled in her place. All this time, mum was sitting in the waiting room becoming more and more breathless and distressed. Stay clear.
