About KX Pilates

KX offers a revolutionary, fast paced, high intensity, body-toning workout. In just 50 short minutes. Workout smarter, not longer. KX fuses elements of traditional reformer pilates with cardio and endurance training for a high intensity workout.

The workout is intensified by utilising more muscle fibres in a shorter amount of time. Also by reducing the amount of time between exercise sets. This style of training works by targeting the whole body through continuous, precise, controlled movements and by incorporating functional exercises that increase the intensity of the workout. All done while engaging the core and delivering cardiovascular conditioning.

KX Pilates is based on the Isolate – Fatigue – Stretch principle. This technique burns more calories per minute and results in a much stronger post-exercise reaction. In other words, you will continue to burn calories hours after the class has finished!

We also offer a range of specialised classes including Pre/Post-natal and Barre. Please note that class styles vary between different studios.

After travelling overseas, Aaron saw an opportunity to create, adapt and improve the fitness industry. He was driven to develop an an ever evolving boutique workout style that innovatively combines creativity with a modern sense of style.
