  Very disappointed and very disheartened with the treatment I received well not so received from Dr Aroras office, not 1, not 2 but 3 appointments cancelled on me. I've never felt so unimportant as a patient in my entire life. And not even a follow up call to see if im okay, I still have a lump the size of 3 golf balls on the inner side of my vagina wall that I've thought about popping myself and ending up in the ER because maybe then I'll get the treatment I deserve. I get people can't time their babies on their arrival etc but 3 appointments my fuel wasted me missing 3 of my daughter gymnastic classes and swimming lessons to be able to attend an appointment I don't even get, if I was told I may need the whole day to wait around for an appt I would of schedule the whole day off, but fuel wasted missed time with my daughter my fuel wastes loss of wages to also from having to cancel a client because they just didn't know when I'd be seen .. which ended up NEVER. If I don't make an appt I'm still charged for it but if places can attend their appt not 1 and on 3 different occasions nothing was offer to me but a bitter taste in my mouth, and dry feeling in the back of my throat im so so upset still at the treatment I got was appalling. I really gone that no one else ever has to endure such disgusting treatment.

  Dr Arora is an amazing obstetrician, she supported us through the pregnancy journey of two of our lovely children that she delivered naturally. Excellent, supportive and professional. I would have my third child with her if we were to have another one. Highly recommended.

  Dr Arora is the embodiment of Wonder Woman. She is my muse & the woman I aspire to be.
  
  I first fell pregnant in 2019 & selected Dr Arora to look after me as I learnt that she specialises in high risk pregnancies. Unfortunately, due to simple bad luck, at 13 weeks I had to terminate the pregnancy due to multiple lethal birth defects. This was by far, the hardest decision of mine & my partner's lives. I cannot express the pain associated with this experience. I honestly do not know how I would have survived & pushed through this difficult, challenging period without Dr Arora. She literally dropped everything to take care of me during this phase & organised everything for me. I didn't have to worry about any paperwork or any other hassles aside from being at the hospital for the procedure within a matter of days of being delivered the devastating news.
  After the termination, she organised follow up appointments for me simply to check on my well-being as well as arranging genetic testing for myself & my partner & offered us counselling. She gave us hope.
  
  From there, I went on to fall pregnant again. Immediately, I contacted Dr Arora. The anxiety that I had during this pregnancy was astronomical, convinced that I would have a similar outcome to my initial pregnancy. I not once had to voice my anxiety to Dr Arora because she was able to put my mind at ease with her calming, positive nature & her professionalism by arranging more appointments, scans & monitoring to keep a watchful eye.
  In February 2021, my son was born. Dr Arora saved my son's life after his heartbeat started dropping drastically from being in distressed. To this day, I am blown away with how quickly she operated & seriously she took to the situation. I am forever grateful for her.
  
  A month ago, I gave birth to my second son with once again, Dr Arora guiding me through the journey. I had a horrible, painful 32 hour labour that for a second time ended in an emergency caesarean. Dr Arora was right there when I needed her during the experience, showing such empathy, care & compassion. I would not have trusted anyone else during this situation to safely deliver my son & ensure my safety. For a third time, I have found myself indebted to Dr Arora.
  
  During my whole experience & journey with Dr Arora, I have felt safe, loved, empowered & beyond cared for. I have honestly felt like I was the only patient that Dr Arora managed & handled. I was always able to call her outside of business hours when I had any concerns or scares & always she took my calls & never once was bothered by them. Hence why Dr Arora is the ultimate woman. I cannot recommend her enough.

  Dr Poonam was amazing to deal with i was so anxious and stressed during the whole pregnancy. She was so experienced and was able to put my mind at ease everytime i was panicking. She delivered my baby girl and i couldn't be happier with the overall experience. Just having her there at the hospital gave me so much confidence

  Could not recommend Dr. Arora more. She cared for me through my whole pregnancy so well, she listens to you and assures all your doubts, not to mention follows up closely on your test results and follow up scans/tests. Dr. Arora went above and beyond for me and my baby, I was high risk the whole pregnancy and she worked incredibly hard to mitigate and control the risks with her expertise and knowledge. She also factored for my tokophobia in a kind and understanding manner, and my elective C-section was a thorough success. Thank you Dr. Arora. You are one in a million! If you are considering Dr Arora for your obstetric care, please also bear in mind that she is a busy woman, if you're waiting a little longer than usual to see her, she is probably giving another patient the excellent care she gives all her patients! Rest assured you will be in safe hands with her
