The process was thorough and each step was explained very clearly so you knew why it was being done. The result is a much better ride experience with a more efficient and comfortable cycling performance. The other benefit is that you don’t have to leave home to have your bike fitted. I also appreciated the recommendations that were provided without the pressure to buy.

As a 40+ year old getting back into cycling I wanted to make sure I was starting in a good place. After my fitting I felt better in the bike immediately and I think I'm far less likely to get injured as I dial up the KMs.
