  I had the absolute pleasure of doing business with Waleed at Barry Bourke Motors. I purchased my brand new Renault Arkana Zen through him, he offered EXCELLENT service from start to end. He made the process very easy and stress free. Waleed was very personable, professional, and attentive. No regrets at all and got the car within few days of looking at it which is remarkable.The team at Barry Bourke motors are very welcoming. All little details taken care of and done really nice customer service touches, which made the whole experience excellent.

  After Sales customer service is absolutely useless.
  
  Do not respond to emails
  Do not answer phone
  If you do get through, get cut off or shunted to endless on hold claiming phone system has a problem.
  
  Still have not dealt with warranty issue after four months
  
  Edit: Finally got car in for post sale inspection and have to revise my opinion of their service.
  The service identified loose MAF sensor air pipe which has addressed the niggling issue I had with the car - all covered under purchase price. thanks again and kudos to your mechanic/technician.

  The first time I had my car serviced was fine - nothing to write home about.
  
  The second and most recent time was a shockingly bad experience.
  
  When I booked it in, I said the rear brake lights were out and needed replacement globes and I wanted my windscreen wiper blades replaced. When we picked up the car they hadn't done it. They then rudely did the break lights and charged us $30 extra for it. I didn't bother arguing about the wiper blades after that.
  
  We questioned if they missed this (which I was assured was part of their initial checks in standard servicing) , how can we trust they did anything? They were very rude in saying they did and we have to pay and leave straight away.
  
  Once back at home I realised they moved the front passenger seat all the way back and it was squashed up against the baby car seat in the rear. It was smashed so hard against the the baby seat that it's left an impression on the back of the passenger seat. Now I need to have the baby seat inspected for stress fractures for safety!
  
  I won't be returning to this service centre again and would not recommend them to anyone. I've never had a bad experience at other centres - in fact, I highly recommend going to Oakley or Ferntree Gully instead - they both have fantastic customer service and have always gone above and beyond for me when I took my car there.
